If you’re looking for the best breakfast in Napili, Maui, look no further than the Gazebo Restaurant! This popular spot is known for its stunning oceanfront location and the delicious specialties on the menu.

Whether you’re in the mood for sweet or savory, the Gazebo has something your taste buds will enjoy. Our favorites include banana macadamia nut pancakes, fried rice, omelets, and the famous eggs Benedict with homemade hollandaise sauce.

The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making The Gazebo the perfect spot for a delicious morning meal. Trust us, the wait is worth it, and you won’t want to miss out on experiencing their delicious specialties! This is one of the best breakfast places in Maui.

CT tip: If you are staying in a villa and grilling fish, order a large fried rice. We often have this as our side with fish (from Maui Fish Market) at our villa. Pair it with a pie from Leoda’s, and you have a delicious Hawaiian meal! In our opinion, the Gazebo’s fried rice is the best on the island! Despite the wait, we are at the Gazebo at least three times on a two-week trip. It’s one of our favorite restaurants.

2. Enjoy Ocean Views with Breakfast at Castaway Café

Regarding breakfast in West Maui, Castaway Cafe is at the top of our list. Nestled in the heart of Ka’anapali, this popular spot is known for its friendly staff, laid-back vibes, and delicious breakfast offerings.

Castaway Cafe covers you whether you’re in the mood for fluffy pancakes, huevos rancheros, eggs benedicts, or a classic loco moco. And let’s not forget about their breakfast burrito and signature Bloody Marys—perfect for sipping on as you take in the stunning ocean views.

CT Tip: Score a table outside, especially during whale season. It’s a fabulous view of the ocean, and oftentimes, we can see whales from our table. This is one of our most visited breakfast spots. It’s an easy walk down the boardwalk from the Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas.

3. Cinnamon Roll Bliss at Papi’s Ohana

Papi’s Ohana is a hidden gem in West Maui that should not be missed. This family-owned restaurant is a bakery and pizzeria. Beware, though, once they sell out of the day, that is it! Chef David makes a limited supply of cinnamon rolls and pizzas.

These melt-in-your-mouth King David cinnamon rolls should be on your must-try list the next time you visit Maui.

The bakery also has croissants, sourdough bread, and scones.

Prepare to wait in line for these most talked-about cinnamon rolls in West Maui. Trust us, they are worth the visit!

Pie for breakfast? Yes! You are on vacation; indulge a little.
